We don’t have our own Hotels , Resorts , Flights, etc. Suppliers are the individuals/organizations who make you feel comfortable in a new city & help you to visit places which you wouldn’t otherwise and thus make you experience the Travel, accommodation, etc. We love discovering hidden gems and connecting people in the real world.
For Packages / Hotels/ Visa / Flights :
Step 1: Booking Confirmation Amount (Token Amount) – In order to process the booking, we would need 40% of Total Booking as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via NetBanking / Credit Card/ Debit Card / Cash Deposit (Subject to RBI Guide line). Non-Indian customers can pay through Credit Card via Paypal. In case there are urgent Flights to be booked, Full Payments for flights need to be furnished as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After Receiving Token Amount, we will confirm the hotel / Flights / Transport etc. and Same you will be informed via email / Phone.
Step 2: Booking Full Balance Amount – Remaining amount i.e 60% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 20 days before the travel date. In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail / Phone call.
Step 3: Invoices & Vouchers – Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail . Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the Travel date. Invoices are provided once the full payment is received.
For Activities / Day Tour :
Step :1 Selecting the Activities – Select the Activity, Fill up the required details like Place of Pick up, Pick up time etc. on booking form.
Step 2: Pay the Requisite Amount – Pay the requisite amount in your local currency via payment gateway or Mobile wallet / Net Banking /Cash Deposit (Subject to RBI Guide line).
Step 3: Trip Confirmation – Wait for Trip Confirmation from Customer Care which normally happens within 2 hours.
Step 4: Get Provider Details with Confirmation Voucher – Get the provider details & fulfilment of Confirmation.
