These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking, sale, and provision of travel-related services (“Services”) by HolidayAlong Hotels And Travel Services Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at New Delhi (“HolidayAlong”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), to any individual, group, or entity (“Client”, “Traveller”, “You”, “Your”, or “Participant”).
By booking any travel service, package, group tour, or customized trip with HolidayAlong, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms contained herein.
For the purpose of these Terms:
a. “Tour Package” includes group tours, fixed departures, customized/private tours, and holiday packages.
b. “Supplier” refers to third-party vendors including hotels, transporters, airlines, activity providers, and other service providers.
c. “Force Majeure Event” refers to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, riots, acts of terrorism, political unrest, epidemic/pandemic restrictions, government orders, weather disruptions, etc.
d. “Group Tour” refers to a fixed departure trip conducted under a common itinerary for multiple participants.
e. “Customized Trip” refers to a trip tailored as per Client preferences.
2.1 Clients must be 18 years or above to enter into a binding contract.
2.2 Minors must travel under parental/guardian supervision with appropriate consent documents.
2.3 You must disclose correct personal information, identity proof, medical conditions, dietary preferences, and emergency details at the time of booking.
2.4 HolidayAlong reserves the right to decline booking or participation in case of:

3.2 HolidayAlong may refuse or cancel a booking if payments or documents are incomplete.
3.3 No service is considered booked until full payment is received.
4.1 Payment must be made as per the schedule communicated in the quotation/itinerary.
4.2 Accepted modes: UPI, NEFT/RTGS, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cheque (subject to clearance).
4.3 Delay in payment will automatically cancel or modify the booking without notice.
4.4 All prices are subject to GST and other applicable taxes.
4.5 HolidayAlong is not liable for payment failures or delays caused by banks, networks, or gateways.
5.1 Prices are subject to change due to market conditions, currency fluctuations, fuel price hikes, or supplier revisions.
5.2 Any increase in tax or surcharge imposed by hotels, airlines, or government authorities must be borne by the Client.
5.3 HolidayAlong will inform you of changes, but acceptance of revised cost is mandatory to maintain booking validity.

7.1 Hotel category is based on local standards and may differ from international classifications.
7.2 Room allocation (Twin/Double/Triple) is based on availability.
7.3 Hotel change may occur due to operational reasons; equivalently rated hotels will be provided.
7.4 No refund for unused room nights or facilities.
7.5 Damage to hotel property by travellers must be compensated directly by the Client.
8.1 Vehicle type depends on group size and itinerary.
8.2 Drivers follow strict duty hours as per law; overtime is not permitted.
8.3 HolidayAlong is not responsible for delays due to traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, weather, protests, or third-party failures.
8.4 Seat allocation in group tours is on a rotational or first-come basis.
9.1 Itineraries are tentative and subject to change due to weather, political situations, local restrictions, or operational challenges.
9.2 HolidayAlong reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel sightseeing or activities for safety or logistical reasons.
9.3 Missed services due to delays, client lateness, or external factors are non-refundable.
10.1 All Participants must adhere to group timings, instructions, and discipline.
10.2 Misconduct including harassment, intoxication, abusive language, or unsafe behaviour may lead to removal from the tour without refund.
10.3 HolidayAlong tour leaders are coordinators and not responsible for:
11.1 Customized itineraries may change due to availability.
11.2 Any change requested after confirmation may attract additional charges.
11.3 The Client is responsible for verifying all details before confirming the itinerary.
12.1 Cancellation by Traveller

If HolidayAlong cancels due to operational reasons:
HolidayAlong is not responsible for expenses such as flights, visas, hotel extensions, etc.
12.3 No Show / Early Exit

HolidayAlong shall not be liable for failure or delay arising from Force Majeure Events including but not limited to:
Refunds (if any) will follow Supplier policies.
14.1 You must ensure you are physically and medically fit for travel.
14.2 You must disclose pre-existing conditions before booking.
14.3 HolidayAlong is not liable for medical issues suffered during the trip.
14.4 Costs of hospitalization, evacuation, or medication are solely the Client’s responsibility.
14.5 For high-altitude tours, a fitness certificate may be required.
15.1 HolidayAlong acts as an intermediary between Clients and Suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transport companies, and service providers.
15.2 HolidayAlong is not responsible for:

17.1 Any damage to hotels, vehicles, or property caused by the Client must be compensated immediately.
17.2 HolidayAlong may remove a participant for:
18.1 HolidayAlong may capture photos/videos for promotional use.
18.2 If you wish to opt-out, written notice must be given before the trip.
18.3 All media shot by HolidayAlong staff belongs to the Company.
19.1 Complaints must be reported immediately to the Tour Leader.
19.2 Unreported issues will not be eligible for compensation.
19.3 Post-tour complaints must be emailed within 7 days.
19.4 HolidayAlong will investigate and revert within a reasonable period.
20.1 These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India.
20.2 Courts of New Delhi only shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising out of these Terms or services rendered.
20.3 No other court or jurisdiction shall apply, irrespective of the Client’s location.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HolidayAlong, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from any loss, damage, claim, or liability arising out of:
